"I was apprehensive about starting, as I had never done yoga before but knew I would be in the best hands with Moira. I immediately felt at ease from the moment I walked through the door. The calm setting, soft lights and aroma was so relaxed. Moira acknowledged and normalised how people maybe feeling and validated all our feelings of nerves and encouraged us all to do this at our own pace. No pressure at all and the ladies in the group were such lovely warm people, which made the whole journey so joyful. I loved all the little touches that Moira made, all the best, top equipment was provided, lavender scented face cushions, bolsters, knee pad if needed. She taught us the theory behind yoga, it’s true essence and meaning. My favourite thing was each week we started with an intention for the group and individually, then breath work to help our nervous system. Each week we learnt new moves/poses and every step of the way we were helped, not rushed, demonstrated by Moira, who made it so effortless but loved that she also pushed us in equal measures. The pace of the beginners course was just perfect for me. At the end of every session we did meditation, which I love. Then as you walk out there are positive affirmations to take away and angel cards to chose if you wished. I honestly came away each week with a sense of personal achievement and felt calm, at peace and grounded in the beautiful world again for another week. I never imagined I would have learnt all I did in just six weeks. I am now well on my way and love yoga thanks to Moira. I will certainly continue with yoga and recommend to anyone thinking of starting the same journey. You won’t regret it and could not have asked for a better teacher."

"I loved this course. I have never been to a yoga class before that allowed me to actually learn about the poses, how my body should be feeling, which muscles need to be turned on, and the breathing exercises we can do. All the other classes I have been to in the past have just assumed prior knowledge and you just copied the instructor. This class has been so supportive and fun, and super friendly, I would recommend it to anyone!"
